WORKING WITH US
Consultation
All of our projects begin with a free estimate and initial consultation. This is usually a 30-60 minute meeting that allows us to get a deeper insight into the design of the project. We'll discuss timeframe, the budget, design options, and how little affect it will have with your lifestyle. Consultation will make the process go smooth for you and us.
Project Development
Now we develop a detailed design based from estimates, previous site visits and your preferences. Using our #1 home builder 3D CAD software lets you see the project before the work. Our team will assist you with material & Product selection, we will arrange site visits with subcontractors or suppliers, if needed. We will develop a contract for you including a timeline, and payment schedule.
Build
Once all the details are worked out, we begin the build. Our company strives to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, we realize our clients often live in the house under construction. We also meet with clients regularly to discuss the build process and take care of any concerns you may have. Most important thing of all is that we manage every detail of the project from start to finish, so you can live your life.
